Consultations are available via telephone and office appointment.
Telephone Appointment:
After you fill in and submit the request for a telephone appointment below you will be contacted by return email to confirm your appointment.
Office Appointment:
After you fill in and submit the request for an office appointment below you will be contacted by return email to confirm your appointment. Our home office is in the Chicago area with referral offices worldwide.
Terms and Conditions:
- The fee is $36.00 US per every 12 minute increment or fraction thereof.
- Consultations are by appointment only.
- Client is responsible for telephone charges we incur, if any.
- You will be asked for your credit card information at the beginning of the appointment.
- Your credit card will be billed upon the completion of each consultation.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card
- Your request for an appointment does not guarantee you an appointment.
